In conjunction with a technology project, First-graders at Canaan took a walk around town to take a closer look at some of the public buildings.  When they got back, they looked at photographs and drew one of the buildings that they liked in their community, and then painted it. Some stuck to the original color schemes of the buildings, while others went a little wild – if these students ran the town, it would be a very colorful place!
