Since 2002,
the Title I program in MSAD 54 has made support available to parents of Title
I students. The Parent Outreach Coordinator is available to meet with parents
or communicate by telephone or email. Support includes answering questions, directing
parents to appropriate services, and providing information or training about
how parents can assist their children at home.
Supports offered by the Parent Outreach Coordinator are as
follows:
- Meetings with Title I parents at schools or locations in the community
- Day care Partnerships
- Project Story Boost program in Kindergarten
- Educational Video
- Preparing Preschool Children for Kindergarten
