Introduction
This
webquest began life as an assignment for CT596, taught
by Dorothy Small at Thomas College in Waterville, ME. The
activities have been designed to support MSAD
54's Grade 2 Ocean Studies
Unit.
Learners
This
is a multi-disciplinary activity, primarily involving science,
language arts, and graphic arts. Although the target audience
is second grade, third graders could also use this
webquest with no modifications. First graders would need
additional reading assistance, while fourth graders may
need additional challenges.
