As a teaching counselor I get to be in daily contact with as many students as possible. It is a good way for us to become acquainted. Then if a student should ever need someone to talk with, we already have a relationship and it might be more likely for us to engage.

Scheduling and Guidance activities:
I keep transcripts current and am involved with scheduling and meeting with new students. I also attend PET meetings, work with parents, as needed, and generally do anything possible to help students succeed in the program and in their lives.
