Our school houses two half-day kindergarten sessions, two first grade classrooms, and three each of grades two through six. We have two resource rooms and a Transitions room accommodating district behavioral needs and students from the Beckett House.

    NCGS is a state of Maine Literature Collaborative School, Reading Recovery School and is a current recipient of the national Reading First initiative.

      Our school motto is T.E.A.M., Together Everyone Achieves More . Our entire staff believes that collaboration is the only way to provide the best of all opportunities for improved classroom instruction and increased student learning.
