| Note: The end of a quarter and/or semester is a critical time to really look at these verification sheets. Many times folks forget to set up the Sem1 and Sem2 percentages. The error is often not noticed when the students’ scores are consistent, it really shows up in a bad way is a student is all over the place with grades. Note: setting up Semesters 1 and 2 with percentages for Q1, Q2, E1 needs to be done whether you are using points or percentages. So please be sure you have set this up and feel free to seek my help if you need help or just want an extra set of eyes. |

Click on Grade SetUp
You will see all the Term Dates listed in this area. I have also
listed both the SAMS and SAHS dates below. |
