| Note: The end of a quarter and/or semester is a critical time to double check your grade set up.
This is a good time to really check your grade set up. Many times folks forget to set up the Year, Sem1 and Sem2 percentages, please scan your Grade SetUp and be sure you have done this. The error is often not noticed when the students’ scores are consistent, but will show up in a bad way if a student is all over the place with grades. Once the teacher corrects the error, it will often change most student grades by a point or two and a few student grades by a lot.
Setting up the year for 50/50, Semesters with percentages for (Q1, Q2, E1), (Q3, Q4, E1) needs to be done whether you are using points or percentages. So please be sure you have set this up and feel free to seek my help if you need help or just want an extra set of eyes. |
