iWalkthrough and Survey Links

The recording form for iwalkthroughs has been split into two separate forms. One form will provide space to keep track of who has been visited and how often. The other sheet will be a space to keep record of observations you have made. Below are links to both forms in Google Docs. Once you click on the link and successfully go to GoogleDocs, the form will become one of your shared files.

Please note you most likely will find the process is easiest when you have successfully logged into and established your 54Google Docs account first.

If you have not been able to successfully enter 54GoogleDocs please come see Andrew or myself. If you would like to have your default password changed please let us know and we will take care of this for you.

Complete the form provided.

You will need to type in your email address and the license key: pb625347expz (you can copy/paste the key)

You have to wait for a confirmation email and click on the link in the email to finish registration.
