This is our maple sugarhouse We call it Chez Lonndorf which means "at maple village" in French, Swedish and German to reflect the ethnicities of the participants. It is on the very muddy Burrill Hill Road in Skowhegan, Maine. It was built by the Skowhegan Vocational Center and we moved it onto the site in 2002.
