To the SAHS Community
In my position as principal I am required to continually make decisions that
affect the students and staff of SAHS. These decisions are guided by my
vision for the educational experiences of our students and of my role as an educational
leader.
Vision for Learning
All students and staff will be passionate about their learning because they see it as relevant and important to their lives and futures. As a result of this passion and best educational practices, all students and staff will learn to high levels.
Personal Vision
It is my personal vision to be a leader of educational leaders who are part of a safe, nurturing, trustful, and collaborative learning community where each member has a sense of belonging and clarity of the common purpose.
I believe it is role of the teachers, administrators and support staff to provide an educational experience that maximizes the future opportunities of our graduates. If there is anything that I can do to assist the students and families to reach this goal please feel free to contact me. I feel fortunate to have this opportunity to serve as Principal of Skowhegan Area High School.
