Pre-project survey:
This survey is designed to give students input into the organization of the teams for the project. Since the project requires a lot of time, commitment and cooperation, students need a voice to identify with whom they can and can not work alongside. It also provides information regarding students personal technology use.

Student Evaluation:
Students evaluate the project at the conclusion to identify positive and negative aspects related to their problem and the project. It is anonymous and allows students to give an opinion. It is very useful to the teacher to make changes for the following year.

Mentor Evaluation:
Mentors evaluate the project to help address any issues that may arise during the project. Used for discussion and improvement of project.
