Bolivia’s Economy-
Bolivia is rich in resources like tin, zinc, and silver. They also have gold, petroleum, and Natural Gas. Even though they have all of those resources about 2/3 of them live in poverty. Many of them are substinence Farmers who struggle to grow wheat, potatoes, and Barley, but the people who live at higher elevations raise alpacas and/or llamas.
Bolivia’s People -
Bolivia has two capitals. The official capital is Sucre, but the administrative capital is La Paz. La Paz is the highest capital city in the world. Most of the population here lives in the Andean highlands. Half of the people in Bolivia are Native American, and forty percent are mestizos(mixed Spanish and Native American or African culture).
