We students here on the Cedar Community at the Skowhegan Area Middle School added items to the traveling suitcase. First we added things for the school in New York like blueberry candy and postcards of our town along the Kennebec River. We also put in things for our Paris school such as a Maine tee-shirt for the teacher, a Maine seal, and pin and a cedar bough from the tree on the right of the photo. We have been writing to the two schools and are anxious to see the postcards that they add to the case. There is a throw-away camera in the case and we sure hope that there will be neat photographs from all the schools that it has traveled to.
