School Year
- Minimum High School Diploma or HiSET
- Documented knowledge of program requirements & records
- Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely manner
- Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes
- Documented knowledge of:
- Quantity food production
- Storage and handling techniques
- Sanitation techniques
- Chemical handling, SDS sheets
- Interpreting, following and adapting recipes
- Inventory control
- Interpreting and maintaining HACCP compliance
- Power Lunch for Point of Service and Reporting
- Documented knowledge sanitation as designated by management
